This Privacy Policy explains what information DEORACLE X collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Tap a section below to expand it.
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
- Order & payment information: the links/handles or phone numbers/meter numbers you submit for an order, transaction references, and wallet balance/history. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.
- Google sign-in: if you use "Continue with Google," we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID from Google.
- To create and manage your account, and to process and deliver your orders.
- To send transactional emails — order updates, password resets, receipts, and account notices.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- To improve the Service and respond to support requests.
We share information only where necessary to run the Service:
- With upstream SMM/VTU providers, solely to the extent needed to fulfil your order (e.g. the link/handle or phone/meter number, and quantity).
- With our payment processor(s), to process payments and verify transactions.
- Where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deletion requests may be limited where we're required to retain transaction records by law.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard practices — password hashing, HTTPS, and CSRF-protected forms — to help protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by law to hold a financial account in their jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
