These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DEORACLE X (the "Service"), operated on behalf of the site owner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Tap a section below to expand it.
We provide social media marketing (SMM) services — such as followers, likes, views, and similar engagement — and, where offered, VTU (virtual top-up) services such as airtime, data bundles, electricity bill payments, and cable TV subscriptions. Orders are fulfilled through third-party providers; we do not control the internal policies of the social platforms or billers involved.
- Provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
- Prices are shown before you confirm an order and may change going forward; a price change never affects an order already placed.
- Delivery estimates aren't guarantees — they depend on our upstream providers.
- Some services may partially or fully fail due to platform restrictions, private/locked accounts, incorrect links, or provider issues outside our control. Where a provider confirms non-delivery, we refund the affected balance to your wallet.
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (e.g. card/bank transfer through our payment processor, or manual bank transfer). All amounts are in the currency shown at checkout. You're responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or engage in fraud (including payment fraud or chargeback abuse). See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
If you operate a reseller storefront through this platform, you are responsible for your own customers, your own pricing and support, and for your customers' compliance with these Terms. We are not a party to the relationship between you and your customers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
